Eric is an associate of the law firm. He finished Bachelor of Laws at the University of Iloilo in 2019. Eric is an active member of the Non-Government Organizations, Hustisya Natin, and Alternative Law Group from 2017 to the present.

 

Before joining the firm, Eric worked as the corporate auditor of BP89 Construction Inc. for two years, where he gained exposure in construction business conduct of operations.

He has handled transactions involving registration of domestic and foreign corporations to do business in the Philippines, compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission's reportorial requirements, documentation for merger transaction, application for occupancy and renovation permits with the local government units, and application for cessation of business, among others.

He has represented various clients in litigation before the National Labor Relations Commission, Municipal Trial Courts, Regional Trial Courts, Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court.
